This list isn't very good, you have like 4 units of 5 guys (which should be six, because you don't want the first salvo of shots killing your expensive champions), and one big monster. If you have moderate shooting and some bait units this list is dead. Fun but dead.

the list is crappy I agree, but allows me to field a religious fanatic list without spending a ***ton of money on models, It's gonna be an empire warrior nun, and priest mini army with some Empire Shrines, it should be pretty at least

Yeah, you darn near have to hide the witch elves until you can reveal the assassins against any kind of shooting/magic lists. Personally, I view the list as darn near unplayable. Huge static elements (cauldrons that while can move, move slowly), Hellebron (only moderate threat in the entire list), and assassins (that aren't really kitted out that well) really aren't going to save it.

If I were you, and wanted to do this I would do this slowly and add the elements as actual empire elements to the empire army you all ready own until you complete the new force. Manage the budgeting over a longer period and complete the project. The project itself, if done well, is something I would really like to see.

Looks much better. However I think the list will have a hard time being competetive. You have abandoned a few key strenghts of the DE. Giving up on a key strenght isn't bad but giving up on a lot of them will be hard.

The ones you are giving up on is shooting, magic and movement.

That said this list will do great against combat horde armies such as VC, O&G, some deamon armies and skaven. But it will struggle against anything with better movement. The army needs to charge to be effective (and then it will be very effective). Consider putting the ASF banner in the excecutioners to make it less dependant on the charge.

I guess it will come down to your play style.

Not a Khainite expert, but I agree, the list is much better.

Minor adjustments now, witchbrew should go on unit champs and off of characters. Witchbrew is really good, so I agree should be included.
Cry of War, I honestly don't remember what it does as it never really hit my radar as a good item. I would probably drop it.
ASF on the execs is really critical. The unit is a little large so you can free up some points there. I would widen it out to a 6 or 7 frontage. I really like the 7 frontage for my black guard and think this is a unit that would benefit from that. 14 strong unit with lots of kill to the front.

Banner of Nag..it works for this list. I would also think about working in banner of murder as well on a unit of witches, particularly where you want to put your BSB.

For your units of 10, drop the banners. They don't really add anything to those units. You are going to get the job done on kills, not on static res.

Worst thing for you is frenzy pull now. Harpies are entirely logical to include with such a list and fit the theme nicely. They also help you resist the frenzy pull to a degree.

These are my opinions anyways. You are definitely much more on the right track now.
