 Re: Dragonlord
Really nice work. Smooth highlighting. Love the boldness of the red on the wings too. Awesome base work!
I'm not real familiar with the kit - is the dino helm on the dragon something custom? It's great! Congrats on getting this big project done.

 Re: Dragonlord
I'm almost positive that's a conversion. I want to know where the Steggie skull that size is from. I think I know, but I'll wait and see.
Joe, just to let you know I'd give my left nut to be able to paint like that.

 Re: Dragonlord
That rider looks a lot like Joe Rogers.
That skull is hand sculpted fellas.

 Re: Dragonlord
Thanks fellas. The back portion of the steggie skull is from the old slann palanquin. The horns are from the old steggie, everything else is hand sculpted.

 Re: Dragonlord
Nice job Rodge. Why do you keep painting yourself into your army?
The vines on the base look like unpainted putty. While I highly doubt that is what they are, it's what they look like in ze piccy.

 Re: Dragonlord
The vines are dark angels green w/ snot green highlight I think. I did leave them just plain putty green colored for Nstar, though.
I think you need to paint yourself into your ogre army, the Ginger Butcha.
